The Varsity Theater gives you command of center stage and offers true theatrical dazzle. Our A+ team of in-house technicians and event staff will make you and your event outstanding.

CAPACITY: The Varsity Theater's 10,000 square feet can accommodate up to 300 guests for dinner, up to 550 in theater presentation style seating, and up to 600 in cocktail/hors d'oeuvres reception format.
COSTS:
- Theater rental - includes full concert-quality lighting, sound, and audio/visual assets.
- Buffet Dinner - $2000
- Plated Dinner - $2500
- Food minimum - Catering provided exclusively by The Loring Pasta Bar
- Bar Minimum - $3000
- Service Fee - 20% of the final food & hosted beverage tab or $2000, whichever is greater
- Management Fee - $500 for the the Normal Scope of Event Planning and Management on the day of Event
- In-House Technician Fee - $35/hour (required)
- Additional Services (i.e. valet, desserts, entertainment sourcing, etc.) quoted on request
- Sales tax additional.

- Telephone Number
- E-mail
- Target day and date for your event
- Approximate guest count
- Food Service Style you're interested in (Buffet vs. Plated)
- Hosted Bar Budget? Cash Bar? Some combination of the two?
- Any other pertinent information that we should know
