WEDDING CEREMONIES AT

THE LORING PASTA BAR

Just steps away from the historic Varsity Theater is the cathedral-inspired Loring Pasta Bar. Wedding Ceremony in a restaurant??? How is this done?

One visit to the LPB and it will be pretty clear: this is no ordinary restaurant.

The Pasta Bar closes lunch a little early (around 2 PM), the service staff removes all the tables and resets the main room in wedding ceremony configuration. Attendees arrive about 3:30 or 4 PM; if desired the bar is open and a drink is available.

Vows are exchanged on the gorgeous and photogenic V-shaped staircase; perfect sightlines for up to 250 loved ones. The DEED is done, hugs all around, and everyone parades a half-block to the Varsity Theater in a matter of minutes.

COSTS

• Room Rental Fee: $1500 for use of the Loring Pasta Bar main floor from 2pm-5pm for weddings up to 200 guests, $2000 for up to 250 guests
  • Rental Fee includes use of the Loring’s chairs & decorating accoutrement
  • NOTE: All ceremonies must be finished by 5pm.
• Ceremony Coordinator Fee - $150 (required)

REHEARSAL DINNERS AT

THE LORING PASTA BAR

Having been nominated numerous times for “Best Rehearsal Dinner” by Minnesota Bride magazine, The Loring Pasta Bar brings its trademark blend of award-winning design, renowned theatrical flair, and sumptuous cuisine to rehearsal dinners. The Loring has two stunning spaces that can make the rehearsal dinner a memorable start to the wedding festivities.

The Red Room – This sumptuous private dining salon is the perfect location for a group of 25 to 65 people. Amenities include private elevator access, a dedicated bar, and the acclaimed “intimate hideaway” (Minneapolis StarTribune) that is the Loring’s Rooftop Patio.

The "B" Mezzanine– The recently expanded West Mezzanine is our exciting new venue for private dinners.  Offering the excitement of the restaurant with a bird’s eye view of the main floor and stage of the LPB, this spectacular dual-level, see-and-be-seen area can accommodate groups of 25 to 80 people.

COSTS (For Either The Red Room -OR- The West Mezzanine):

• Private Use Room Rental - For a duration of 4 Hours - $100 weeknights, $150 weekends;
• Food minimum - Buffet Dinner - $33 per person or the minimum below (whichever is greater)
  • Weekend - $1,000
  • Weeknight- $500
  • Plated Dinner - Pricing varies - Quotes are available on request
  • No beverage/bar minimum required
• Service Fee -  20% based on the final food & beverage tab
• Management Fee - $100
• Additional Services (valet, desserts, flowers, etc.) quoted upon request
