CAPACITY: Up to 300 people for Dinner, Up To 600 for Cocktail Reception

COSTS:

  • Theater Rental - Buffet Dinner - Friday & Saturday- $1500
    • For Sunday Nights the theater rental is $500 for the main floor only. To include The Phantom's Lounge Mezzanie it is an additional $300.
    • Theater rental includes concert quality lighting and sound, and all the stunning décor trimmings you see in our photo shows!
  • Food minimum - Buffet Dinner (including passed and stationary appetizers upon guest arrival) - $35 per person or the following minimums, whichever is greater
    • Saturday - $7,500
    • Friday - $6,000
    • Sunday - Thursday - $3,500
    • Plated Dinner - Pricing varies - Quotes are available on request
  • All Catering provided exclusively by The Loring Pasta Bar
  • No beverage/bar minimum required
  • Service Fee - 20% of the final food & hosted beverage tab or $2000 minimum, whichever is greater
    • For Sunday events, the Service Fee minimum is $1000
  • Management Fee - $500 for the the Normal Scope of Event Planning and Management on the day of Event
  • In-House Technician Fee - $25/hour (required)
  • Additional Services (such as valet, desserts, late night snacks, floral design, enhanced planning consultation, entertainment sourcing, invitation design and printing, and MORE! - Quoted on Request)
  • Sales tax additional

  under the  dramatic 30 ft high  

  cathedral-inspired ceiling at The Loring

 Pasta Bar. A perfect venue for up to 250 of your friends and family to winess your special moment.

  • Rehearsal Dinner in The Red Room? If yes, how many guests?
